All orders to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped by 2-day air service at the current rate of 13% of the order subtotal or $10.00 minimum. Orders can be shipped to any domestic location by 2-day air service at a rate of 13% of the subtotal of the order, or $10.00 minimum. |
